Polish Culture Ministry Hid Poll Showing Majority Oppose ZUS Subsidies for Artists

Poland's Ministry of Culture commissioned a public opinion survey in July on ZUS social security subsidies for the lowest-earning artists, but declined to publish the results. They were released only after a request by the news outlet Wirtualna Polska. The survey found that more than half of respondents oppose such subsidies.
