Trial begins over Galleri New Form art investment pyramid scheme

A trial of the main defendants in the Galleri New Form case opened at the Warsaw-Praga District Court on Wednesday. The scheme operated as a financial pyramid disguised as an art investment fund and defrauded more than 1,700 victims of millions of złoty through false promises of returns on art investments.
