Amazon is adding a scam-detection feature to its Alexa for Shopping AI assistant. The tool will let users verify whether suspicious emails, texts or other messages genuinely came from Amazon. The feature is designed to protect shoppers from phishing attempts and fake communications impersonating the retailer.
