UK PM pledges 3% of GDP for defence by 2030 after Leipzig sabotage

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham told the House of Commons on Wednesday that the UK intends to spend 3% of GDP on defence by 2030. He also expressed solidarity with Germany following an August drone sabotage incident at Leipzig airport, which Berlin has attributed to Russia.
