CrowdStrike and FBI dismantle Russian malware that stole crypto for 8 years
A Russian malware strain called Sality spent eight years silently replacing copied bitcoin and Ethereum wallet addresses with attackers' own addresses. CrowdStrike and federal law enforcement have now identified and isolated more than 15,000 infected machines. The operation has resulted in the dismantling of the network.
