Leipzig attack suspects: Latvian-born Russian and Belarusian-based Russian

German media have reported that the two suspects in the attempted attack on Leipzig airport are a Latvian citizen born in Russia and a Russian national from Belarus. German authorities in Berlin had previously blamed Russia for the incident. The case is part of a series of suspected Russian sabotage operations across Europe.
