Ukrainian minister condemns FIA decision to allow Russian drivers to compete internationally

Ukrainian minister Matviy Bidny strongly condemned the FIA's decision to allow Russian drivers to compete in international races. "Nothing has changed," he told the BBC in an interview he briefly had to interrupt to take shelter from an air raid alert. He also stated that Russian attacks on Ukraine are becoming increasingly brutal.
