35-year-old woman dies in Radom hospital after penicillin given during surgery

A 35-year-old patient at a hospital in Radom died after suffering a severe allergic reaction to penicillin administered during surgery. The woman's allergy was recorded in her hospital documents but did not reach the anaesthesiologist. An investigation is underway.
