Polish government restores rules letting residents and housing co-ops ban short-term rentals

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced before a cabinet meeting that a draft amendment on short-term rentals will be restored with provisions allowing municipalities, housing communities and housing cooperatives to ban short-term letting. The change would give residents and building managers effective tools to block platforms such as Airbnb in their properties.
