India busts fake expiry date scheme on PepsiCo, Nestle and Coca-Cola products near Mumbai
Indian authorities uncovered a large-scale scheme to falsify expiry dates and labels on products from global brands including PepsiCo, Nestle, Coca-Cola and Unilever. The seized goods — including crisps and pasta — were found near Mumbai and were destined for export to foreign markets, according to Reuters.
