Trump nominates Hung Cao as permanent Navy Secretary

President Donald Trump announced he is nominating acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao for the permanent position. Cao is a MAGA loyalist who previously led the recovery operation following the plane crash that killed John F. Kennedy Jr. Trump has formally put forward his name for Senate confirmation.
