Putin in Bishkek: we don't negotiate with terrorists, but I want this war to end

Speaking to journalists in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Vladimir Putin said Russia does not negotiate with "terrorists", referring to Zelensky's Ukraine, and described Russian mobilisation as "nonsense" and peace talks as "frozen". At the same time he expressed a desire for the war to end, saying "let it not go on indefinitely". The remarks came during Putin's visit to Kyrgyzstan.
