Polish financial regulator upholds 20 million zloty fine against XTB

Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has issued a final ruling upholding a 20 million zloty fine imposed on broker XTB SA. The penalty relates to violations committed by the company in 2022 and 2023. The decision brings an end to a months-long dispute between the regulator and XTB.
