Hołownia urges coalition to negotiate laws with Nawrocki instead of awaiting vetoes

Sejm Deputy Speaker Szymon Hołownia said the ruling coalition should hold serious talks with President Karol Nawrocki on draft legislation during the lawmaking process, rather than facing presidential vetoes after the fact. He criticised the current dynamic in which the coalition "endures a theatre" of being unable to override vetoes. The call comes amid growing tensions between the government and the president.
