Italian court grants off-grid couple more access to children taken last year

The juvenile court of L'Aquila, Italy, has approved a staged process under social services supervision that could ultimately allow three children to leave the residential care facility where they have lived since November. The British-Australian couple, who lived off-grid in a woodland home in central Italy, will be granted more time with their children. The case sparked a national debate in Italy about parental rights and child welfare.
