Białowieża Forest is suffering — scientist proposes transboundary peace park with Belarus

She proposes transforming it into a transboundary peace park — a model used elsewhere in the world where hostile states cooperate to protect ecologically vital land. Such a park would require Polish-Belarusian cooperation despite deeply strained political relations.
