Vladimir Putin cancelled a planned last-minute meeting with CIA Director John Ratcliffe, according to the RBK-Ukraine agency. The decision came after Putin was informed that Ratcliffe's purpose in visiting Moscow was to press for a swift end to the war with Ukraine. The meeting did not take place.
