ICE detains 76-year-old cancer patient green card holder for over two months

Loreto Javar, a 76-year-old cancer patient and green card holder, has been held by federal immigration authorities (ICE) for over two months. His daughter says he has already missed several critical medical procedures during his detention. According to her, he was lured to a meeting under false pretences before being arrested.
