After Ceuta protests, anti-migrant demonstrations planned across Spain

On 1 September, several hundred Ceuta residents protested outside the enclave's government headquarters against the presence of thousands of migrants who remained in the city after a mass border crossing from Morocco in late July. On 2 September, Ceuta's local holiday, further demonstrations are planned across Spain.
