PKO BP to adopt POLSTR rate replacing WIBOR from September 2026

PKO BP announced it will begin offering mortgages based on the new POLSTR rate from 3 September 2026, ahead of the 2027 deadline when the rate becomes mandatory for all Polish banks. POLSTR is set to replace the existing WIBOR benchmark used in Polish lending.
