Polish central bank wants law requiring banks to offer cash withdrawals

The National Bank of Poland (NBP) wants to legally require commercial banks to offer cash withdrawals to customers. Current law contains no such obligation, which the NBP considers a gap that needs closing. The proposal is set to be included in work on a new financial market development act.
