Police hunt 14-year-old and her father after newborn found dead on roadside in Monterey County

A newborn baby was found dead on a roadside in Monterey County, California. Authorities say a 14-year-old girl gave birth to her father's child on the roadside and then abandoned the newborn. Police are now hunting both the girl and her father.
