Andreeva beats Tjen to advance at US Open after Roland Garros title

19-year-old Mirra Andreeva, this year's Roland Garros champion, cruised through her US Open first-round match on Louis Armstrong Stadium. The Russian defeated Indonesian Janice Tjen in just over an hour, giving her no chance. Tjen is the player who eliminated Poland's Maja Chwalińska from last year's US Open.
