Dave Boyle to direct reimagining of Japanese horror film 'Pulse' for Sony

Sony's Screen Gems and Spyglass are developing a reimagining of the classic Japanese horror film Pulse, with Dave Boyle attached to direct. The announcement coincides with the upcoming U.S. release of Boyle's supernatural horror film Never After Dark, set for September 25th via Magnolia Pictures.
