Poland to extend border checks with Germany and Lithuania until end of March

Poland's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration plans to extend temporary border checks at the borders with Germany and Lithuania for another six months, from 2 October until 30 March. The ministry cites the continued activity of a migration route through Belarus and the Baltic states as justification.
