Ex-Ukrainian minister founds defence firm; Palantir CEO invests

Former Ukrainian digital minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of his own defence technology company. Palantir CEO Alex Karp will be the first major investor in the venture. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
