EU prepares its largest-ever sanctions package targeting Russia's defence industry

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced that the European Union is preparing its largest-ever sanctions package targeting Russia's defence industry. The measures are also a response to growing Russian hybrid operations against Europe. Kallas additionally called for the transfer of Patriot missiles to Ukraine.
