Estonia to Quarantine Emails from Russian .ru Servers Starting September

From September, Estonian state institutions will no longer receive emails directly from Russian .ru servers — all such messages will be automatically redirected to quarantine for checking. Justice and Digital Technology Minister Liisa Pakosta said the measure is designed to protect state institutions from cyberattacks. The decision follows an increase in Russian cyber operations targeting Estonia.
