SoftBank-backed AI data center firm SB Energy files for IPO with no revenue yet

SB Energy, backed by SoftBank, Nvidia and OpenAI, has filed for an IPO despite having generated no revenue from its data center business. None of its data centers are yet operational. The listing aims to raise capital needed to bring its AI infrastructure online.
