GoPro acquired for $285M, stays publicly listed after AI infrastructure merger

GoPro is being acquired by an AI infrastructure company in a deal worth $285 million. The action-camera maker will remain a publicly traded company following the merger. GoPro says it will continue supporting its existing consumer products after the deal closes.
