Former NSW premier's brother grilled by ICAC over alleged developer fast-track tip-off
The ICAC anti-corruption commission is investigating whether Charles Perrottet, brother of former NSW premier Dominic Perrottet, had advance knowledge of a Covid-era government policy to fast-track approval of major developments. Investigators are examining whether he acted to ensure that projects owned by fugitive developer Jean Nassif benefited from the scheme. Perrottet faces questions over text messages that appear to show prior knowledge of the policy.
