Samsung sued over TVs labelled Mini LED that allegedly lack the technology

A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court accuses Samsung of selling TVs labelled "Mini LED" that do not actually use Mini LED technology. TCL, the company that filed the suit, claims Samsung's conduct "has misled consumers and diverted sales from TCL's genuine Mini LED televisions." Samsung has not yet publicly commented on the allegations.
