Galliano cancels major exhibition after backlash over antisemitic conviction

Fashion designer John Galliano has cancelled a major upcoming exhibition celebrating his work following widespread criticism over his past antisemitic conviction. A French court found him guilty in 2011 of antisemitic and racist rants at a Parisian bar. That same year Dior fired him as creative director after a video surfaced of him declaring a love for Hitler.
