New-build flat prices barely moved in August, cheaper units vanishing fast

Average prices of new-build flats on Poland's largest markets barely changed in August, with Warsaw even recording a symbolic 1% dip. This does not signal improved affordability, however: data from BIG DATA RynekPierwotny.pl show that the supply of relatively cheap flats is shrinking in many cities. Lower-priced units sell quickly, narrowing the choice available to budget-conscious buyers.
