Woman faces 5 years in prison for attacking 13-year-old for speaking Ukrainian

A woman from Siedlce attacked a 13-year-old Ukrainian girl and her mother after hearing the girl speak her native language. The woman pulled the teenager's hair and has been charged — she faces up to five years in prison.
