German drone maker Quantum Systems backed by CIA-linked fund, won US agency contracts

German drone manufacturer Quantum Systems has secured backing from In-Q-Tel (IQT), a fund linked to US intelligence agencies. Co-CEO Sven Kruck confirmed that American investors, including IQT, opened doors in Washington and helped the company win contracts with the CIA and FBI.
