Wheel fell off Gdynia mayor's car in motion — expert cannot rule out sabotage

An expert who examined the car belonging to the mayor of Gdynia could not determine whether the wheel came loose due to faulty installation or deliberate interference by a third party. The wheel detached while the vehicle was in motion. The case remains unresolved.
