Morawiecki asks Mentzen to join push for German war reparations
On the anniversary of the outbreak of World War II, former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki called for Germany to pay reparations exceeding 6 trillion zlotys owed to Poland. Konfederacja leader Sławomir Mentzen challenged him, asking how much he had recovered during his six years as PM. Morawiecki responded with a surprising offer of cooperation, asking Mentzen to join the effort.
