PKO BP launches WIBOR-free mortgages based on POLSTR rate from 3 September

From 3 September, PKO Bank Polski and PKO Bank Hipoteczny will offer variable-rate mortgages based on the new POLSTR reference rate instead of WIBOR. The move is significant given that PKO BP is Poland's largest mortgage lender. The new benchmark is designed to be more transparent and resistant to manipulation.
