Polish crime series "Pionek" debuts on SkyShowtime on September 10

The Polish crime series "Pionek", based on the second novel in Małgorzata Fugiel-Kuźmińska and Michał Kuźmiński's ethno-crime cycle, premieres on SkyShowtime on September 10. It is a sequel to "Śleboda" and follows anthropologist Anka Serafin and journalist Bastian Strzygon as their paths cross in Upper Silesia amid a brutal crime. A trailer has been released online.
