Trump–Kim summit possible "at any moment," South Korean intelligence says

South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) told lawmakers on Tuesday that a summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump could happen "at any moment." The NIS also assessed it as "very unlikely" that Pyongyang would send additional troops to Russia. The briefing was relayed by a South Korean lawmaker after the NIS session.
