Ziętara journalist murder case revived after 34 years — court demands intelligence documents

A court has returned case files to prosecutors in the investigation into the 1992 disappearance of Poznań journalist Jarosław Ziętara, whom the court believes was abducted by security guards from the Elektromis company. The trial of the accused cannot begin until additional evidence is delivered, including documents from the intelligence services. Exactly 34 years have passed since Ziętara vanished; his body has never been found.
