Poland's consumer watchdog probes Danone, Mondelez, Nestlé and Unilever over shrinkflation
Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has launched explanatory proceedings against Danone, Mondelez, Nestlé and Unilever. The regulator wants to determine whether these companies are properly informing consumers when reducing product sizes — a practice known as shrinkflation — while maintaining or raising prices.
