Finland to make yellow-green hexagon sticker mandatory for underage drivers

Starting this autumn, Finland will require vehicles driven by minors to display a yellow-green hexagon with a white border. The new mandatory sticker is designed to alert other road users and improve safety. The regulation applies to selected vehicles driven by underage drivers across the country.
