Nearly 250 same-sex marriage transcriptions registered in Polish civil offices

Polish civil registry offices have registered nearly 250 transcriptions of foreign same-sex marriage certificates. The registrations span the country, including smaller towns such as Włocławek, Pszczyna, Zgorzelec, and a municipality in the Małopolska region traditionally won by PiS. The first applications to include spouses in health insurance have already been submitted to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
