Building permits (WZ) now only from municipalities with a general plan

New regulations in force from Tuesday mean that building condition decisions (WZ) for newly submitted applications can only be issued by municipalities that have adopted a general spatial plan. According to the Ministry of Development and Technology, only 35 percent of Polish municipalities have done so. This means new WZ applications cannot be processed in 65 percent of the country.
