Illegal funfair set up next to historic villa in central Zakopane

A funfair with a several-metre-high carousel has appeared in central Zakopane, next to a historic villa. The investor reportedly failed to obtain the required permits, and the location is said to violate planning regulations. Building inspectors, municipal police and prosecutors are all looking into the matter.
