From 2027 hospitals must disclose doctors' bid rates in contract competitions

From 1 January 2027, Polish medical facilities will be required to disclose not only signed contracts with doctors but also the bids they submit in contract competitions. The health ministry's proposal has raised concerns among clinical hospitals, which warn that publishing individual rates could lead to oversimplified assessments of doctors' pay. The new rules are designed to increase transparency in the medical services market.
