NBP wants banks legally required to offer cash withdrawals to customers

The National Bank of Poland (NBP) plans to propose a legal change that would require banks to offer cash withdrawals — an obligation that currently does not exist in Polish law. The NBP intends to introduce the change as part of work on the financial market development act.
