Poland's NFZ launches free low-dose CT lung scan programme from 1 October

From 1 October, Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ) will launch a new prevention programme for people at high risk of lung cancer. Eligible patients will be able to undergo a low-dose CT scan without a referral, enabling early detection of the disease. The programme is being added to the NFZ's catalogue of preventive health services.
